I offer 4 types of sessions: psychospiritual transformation, prep for ceremony, ceremony integration and addiction recovery/tapering off pharma.All sessions may include breathing and meditation techniques, somatic exercises for emotional release, processing of current and past challenging and/or traumatic experiences, conversations about lifestyle, limiting and self-deprecating beliefs, training on communication, boundary setting, goal setting, tools to navigate intense situations, accountability systems and other exercises for nervous system regulation, anxiety, sleep support and more

You recently had an entheogenic / psychedelic experience and are looking to process what might have come up.These sessions can support the unpacking of sensations, thoughts, images, and information received, which can include hidden memories, stored emotions and more. These sessions may include goal setting, actionable steps for self-improvement, growth and change, accountability, and a consistent space for integration of the lessons received into your life
Addiction Recovery / Tapering off pharma
You are looking to move away from relying on external substances for wellbeing and want to build a stable harmonious life that benefits you and those around you.Together, we can find the meaning and growth behind the addiction experience and allow the healing process to organically occur from the inside out.

You are wanting to continue your human development and evolution, rise above your current circumstances, find more authenticity, depth, peace and wellness in your day to day life, improve relationships and/or accomplish goals and would benefit from having accountability, support, a safe space to brainstorm, process ideas, challenges, limitations, and develop ways to gracefully and successfully navigate life.
